Housed in a building originally built in 2004 as a printing and distribution facility for The Flint Journal.  Goyette, having done the original facility was once again selected as a design build contractor to breathe new life into this facility.  Currently housing restaurants, retail spaces, office and medical, vendor stalls, etc.
